She's so cute. Her hair is really getting long, golly. I was noticing, though, it looks like it may need a good trim...especially in the bangs so she can see a bit more easily. Trimming regularly every two or three months should help it grow quickly and healthy...about 1/2 inch should do it. You might want to take her to a salon...try a long bob to even out the layers so they grow more evenly.
Love the wellies (Wellington boots)...cute.
How sweet is she? I love that age. :)
Those pictures make you wanna sweep her up and give her lot's of kisses!
